Tenant placement · Burlington, Ontario
Tenant.ca finds tenants for condos, apartments, townhouses and houses in Burlington, in Halton Region. One team sets the asking rent, markets the unit, answers enquiries, runs showings, screens applicants and prepares the Ontario Standard Lease. You choose the tenant.

Leasing a rental in Burlington
Burlington, in Halton Region between Hamilton and Oakville, has condominium and rental apartment buildings downtown and along Lakeshore Road, and detached houses and townhouses in neighbourhoods such as Alton Village, Millcroft and Aldershot. Its three GO stations on the Lakeshore West line make it popular with commuters.
A vacancy leases when the asking rent matches comparable listings, the photos and description are accurate, enquiries are answered quickly and showings are easy to book. Placement covers that sequence from the first price check to a signed lease, then hands the tenancy and a documented move-in back to you.

Common questions
Tenant placement is one month's rent plus HST, charged once, and the fee follows the rent your unit leases for. For scale, CMHC's October 2025 Rental Market Survey put the average two-bedroom apartment rent in Burlington at $2,057; placement at that rent would be $2,057 plus HST. It covers the asking rent, marketing, enquiries, showings, screening and the Ontario Standard Lease.
It depends on the asking rent, the unit's condition, current demand and how easily showings can be arranged. If the listing is already live, share the enquiries and viewer feedback so the team can see where the process stalls. Tenant.ca does not promise a placement date.
Yes. Placement is a standalone service: once the lease is signed and the move-in is handed over, you run the tenancy. Ongoing management in Burlington is optional and starts at $98 per month plus HST for a condo or apartment unit.
The marketing plan for your property sets out the channels, the listing content, how enquiries are followed up and any paid promotion. Confirm that plan with the team before work starts; do not assume every rental site or an MLS listing is included.
