Choose tenant placement if you need help pricing, marketing and showing your rental, reviewing applicants and preparing the lease. You can manage the tenancy yourself afterward. If you already have an applicant, ask about tenant screening. Ongoing property management covers the work after move-in.

Yes. The first 60 days of a management agreement are a trial period, so you can see how we work before you settle in. You stay the landlord throughout. Ask us how the trial works and what follows it before you sign; the agreement you sign is the final word on its terms.
Ongoing property management covers Toronto and the GTA, plus Brantford, Chatham, Hamilton, Kitchener, Listowel, London (Bentley Drive buildings only), Sarnia, Tillsonburg, Waterloo, Welland, Windsor and Woodstock. Tenant placement is available across Ontario. Share your address, property type and the work you need so the team can confirm availability for your property.
