Bedroom medians were $1,875 for one bedroom, $2,450 for two bedrooms, $3,000 for three or more bedrooms.
Scarborough covers Toronto's east end, from the Bluffs along Lake Ontario up to the Markham border. Kennedy station is the eastern end of the Line 2 subway, and the Lakeshore East and Stouffville GO lines run through, with stops including Guildwood and Agincourt. The University of Toronto Scarborough campus, Centennial College, and the Scarborough Health Network hospitals are the big local institutions. Well-known pockets include Birch Cliff and Guildwood near the lake, and Agincourt and Malvern to the north.
